Lemon Pepper Fish
Ingredients: Directions:
  1. Cut the fish bite size pieces
  2. Beat eggs and milk together
  3. Dip into the milk and egg mixture
  4. Shake the egg dipped pieces into bag containing the Fry Magic, whole wheat flour and the lemon pepper
  5. Drop pieces into hot oil and fry for about 2-3 minutes
