Deep Fried Walleye
Ingredients:
- 4 medium fillets cut up into chunks
- 2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 4 cups HOT oil
- 2 eggs
- Dash of salt and pepper
Directions:
- In a small bowl beat the eggs until smooth
- Drop walleye into egg batter
- Place coated walleye into crushed graham crackers
- Place walleye chucks into hot oil
- Fry walleye at 375 degrees for 3 - 5 minutes
- Place walleye onto paper towel to drain off hot oil
