Deep Fried Walleye
Ingredients: Directions:
  1. In a small bowl beat the eggs until smooth
  2. Drop walleye into egg batter
  3. Place coated walleye into crushed graham crackers
  4. Place walleye chucks into hot oil
  5. Fry walleye at 375 degrees for 3 - 5 minutes
  6. Place walleye onto paper towel to drain off hot oil
