Simple Batter
Ingredients: Directions:
  1. Mix together the eggs and milk
  2. Dip the fillets in egg/milk mixture
  3. Fry them in the hot oil
  4. Serve with "Fishy Dip"
  5. Make left over batter into "Bobbers"
  6. Drain slightly on paper towel
