Mock Lobster
Ingredients:

• 2 quarts water
• 1/2 cup white sugar
• 2 pounds of fish fillets

Directions:

1. Combine water and sugar and bring to a rapid boil
2. Cut fish into bite size pieces
3. Boil in for about 5 minutes or until it turns white

Notes:

• Best with Halibut. Serve with your favorite cocktail sauce. Works well as an appetizer.
