Broiled Salmon
Marinade:
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/2 cup milk
- Combine the above two and let set for 2 hours
Ingredients for mustard sauce:
- 4 salmon steaks or fillets
- 1 cup sour cream - room temp.
- 1/2 cup green onion
- 1 1/2 tbsp. dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp. parsley
- 1/2 tsp. rhyme
- 1/2 tsp. marjorim
- salt and pepper
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tsp. minced fresh basil
Directions:
- Grease broiler pan
- skin side up - low broil for seven minutes
- Turn fish spread mustard sauce on fillets
- Broil until done for about 5 minutes
