Fish with Basil
Ingredients: Directions:
  1. Combine eggs and milk
  2. Soften butter
  3. Fold in onion, lemon juice, garlic and basil
  4. Dredge fish in flour then dip in egg mixture
  5. Place in shallow baking pan skin side down
  6. Top fish with basil, butter and seasoning or plain salt
  7. Bake uncovered in 400 oven for 7-10 minutes or until fish is firm
